In the past, our 5 day Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Boot Camp offered you the most in depth coverage of CRM capabilities in Dynamics 365 available in the market today. We combined a mix of theory, practical hands-on exercises and labs to prepare you for success. That boot camp was targeted at businesses and Government organizations looking for a deep dive into Dynamics 365 functionality. The Government version was the same content, although it was offered separately to segregate the students (which is no longer needed with an on-demand model).
Our current on-demand training content was recorded in 2019 and based on Microsoft’s latest approved training material at that time. For access to the latest environment, a Microsoft trials instance can be used to follow-along with the labs and demonstrations (the course includes information on how to set this up). If you have access to a Sandbox environment, that can work as well.
