This 10-15hr course describes the techniques required to customize and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to meet the specialized needs of businesses and produce a full configured, effective solution.
Our current on-demand training content was recorded in 2019 and based on Microsoft’s latest approved training material at that time. We cannot supply a CRM training environment as depicted in the course content, however a Microsoft trials instance can be used to follow-along with the labs and demonstrations (the course includes information on how to set this up).
