The CRM environment depicted in all Qixas CRM courses reflects training data based on a fictitious company, Adventure Work Cycles. While it is possible to follow the course using an updated demo instance from Microsoft or your own Sandbox environment, the Lab data would not be the same and would not work as depicted. Qixas has setup an instance of CRM with all training data included on Azure. Buying this course provides access to this instance for a two-week time period. We will not start the instance until you tell us via [email protected] or via our website chat. Please allow for up to 48 hours for it to be setup, although in most cases this can be done quickly. A video within this course provides instructions on its use.
